Draped bust of Bahram V to right, wearing elaborate crown with frontal crescent and korymbos set on crescent; before head, pellet-in-crescent with two flowing ribbons with pellet below. Rev. Fire altar flanked by two attendants. SNS III, pl. 67, 77. Extremely rare. The reverse struck from a somewhat worn die and with cleaning scratches, otherwise, very fine.
